Limited 3 Day Warranty
The puppy you have selected is warranted by seller to original purchaser only. To keep this warranty in effect, you must have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of possession of puppy. During initial exam, should the veterinarian diagnose any health problem that would require further veterinary care, you must notify seller within 24 hours. Seller reserves the right to have any diagnosis verified by the vet of choice.
Limited 1 Year Puppy Warranty
The seller warrants this puppy to the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase against hereditary and congenital disorders that will interfere with the puppy to lead a normal life. Seller must be notified within 14 days of diagnosis and purchaser must supply written documentation from a licensed veterinarian. This will allow full credit of the original purchase price towards another puppy of your choice. I am not obligated to replace puppy with exact gender, color, size, or pattern, but I will do my best. NO CASH REFUNDS. In the event there is a problem with your puppy other than any genetic or hereditary diagnosis, seller will not be responsible for any expenditure incurred for the treatment puppy has or will need.
Limitation Of Warranty
Puppies are not sold on a trial basis and ALL PUPPY SALES ARE FINAL! "There are no refunds" is provided solely for the purpose of a companion pet. There is no warranty expressed or implied for hypoglycemia, (see web page titled Hypoglycemia) training, or behavioral problems or for allergies either for the puppy or purchaser. There is no warranty expressed or implied that you will be able to use this pet for showing or breeding purposes.
TO KEEP WARRANTY VALID, PUPPY MUST HAVE HEALTH RECORDS UP TO DATE AT ALL TIMES!
Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual or business in the purchase of this puppy, and will not sell or give this puppy to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business.
Temperament, size, coat texture and length, and intelligence of puppy are not 100 percent accurate. I will advise you on these topics to the best of my knowledge.
Buyer promises to keep this puppy in a proper manner. It shall not be kept permanently in a cage or kennel. If problems arise concerning keeping or training this puppy, purchaser is to contact seller.
This puppy has been bred by me and has been carefully and lovingly reared. The parent dogs were mated with the aim of breeding good and healthy puppies. Seller guarantees this puppy to be free of any communicable diseases at the time of sale.
BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE LIMITED WARRANTIES ABOVE AND AGREES THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT.
